Seaview Beach Houses are not only an award-winning holiday complex, but also a proud part of Bermagui’s heritage.

Seaview today

The Beach Houses you see today were completely rebuilt in 2012, so guests can rest assured of a comfortable stay.

Designed to take advantage of the picturesque harbour and mountain views, each Beach House has comfortable lounge and dining area opening onto a private balcony. Though on a short stroll to the town centre, well-equipped kitchen and private laundry facilities means guests can have a truly self-catered holiday.

Plus, there are extra communal BBQ facilities designed so families and groups alike can enjoy al fresco meals together.

Seaview’s history

Seaview Beach Houses has a proud history stretching back to the 1940s. The original Seaview catered to families visiting from the surrounding South Coast area. The 3 beach houses were iconic buildings marking the edge of Bermagui.
Whilst the beach houses always had a certain charm, sadly the facilities became outdated overtime.

In 2010, Bega local Len Slater noticed the complex was for sale. Len holidayed at Seaview as a child in the 1940’s and always dreamt of purchasing the property if he were able to. Fast forward to 2012 – Len’s son-in-law brought building, carpentry and design experience to lead a team of local tradesmen to rebuild Seaview. Crucially, they wanted to maintain the style and heritage of the original Seaview.

Seaview Beach Houses are proud to be part of the Bermagui township and to support initiatives such as Sculptures on the Edge and nearby Montreal Goldfields. We welcome new and returning visitors to Bermagui and hope you have a very, very comfortable stay.

Seaview Beach Houses are proud winners of the 2013 South Coast Tourism Awards for self-catered and serviced apartments. We pride ourselves on providing guests with comfortable, stylish and immaculately clean facilities so you can truly relax whilst holidaying.
